Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your contact information

Your contact information is only used to contact you regarding requested service inquiry, comments or questions and concerns. We do not sell or use your contact information for mailing lists. Contact information can be transferred to our CRM for customer on-boarding purposes as required, but only if you are becoming a customer.

How we protect your data

Visitor data is not collected unless you chose to register. This site is designed to be a potential customers first step to becoming a connected customer. If you do not want to share your email or register for an account, don’t. Accounts that are created are reviewed and deleted on a regular basis.

What data breach procedures we have in place

This site does not contain any sensitive client information. If a data breach were to occur on this site, customer data would remain untouched. Customer information is kept secure on separate server. If a data breach were to occur on any of our servers, we will follow government recommendations on remediation processes.

We do not share user data with any third parties unless requested and required by a government entity.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
